BRDF
spectral BRDF, is the fundamental description of surface reflectance, being the ratio of reflected spectral radiance (Wm-2sr-1nm-1) exiting around a direction vector Ω (relative to a surface normal vector) to the spectral irradiance (Wm-2nm-1) incident on the surface from direction Ω at some wavelength λ.
